Our Commitment
At DigiTask, client satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and want every client to have a positive experience.
Full Refunds
Full refunds may be issued if the service has not been started and you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment, if we fail to deliver within the estimated timeframe plus a 5-day grace period, or if the deliverables are substantially different from the service description.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if the project is partially completed when cancellation is requested, or if deliverables require significant additional revisions beyond what was included.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will generally not be issued if the service has been delivered as described, if you have approved the final deliverables, if the request is made more than 30 days after delivery, or if you fail to provide necessary information required to complete the project.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team via email at hello@digitask.io or WhatsApp with your order number and description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive email confirmation when processed.
