1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DigiTask ("the Platform"), operated by DigiTask LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DigiTask is a digital services agency that provides professional services including graphic design, web development, translation, video editing, content writing, social media management, and business consulting. Services are delivered by our vetted team of specialists and contractors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using DigiTask, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the service. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

Once payment is confirmed, our team begins working on your project within the estimated timeframe.

5. Service Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided on each service listing. While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, actual delivery may vary depending on project complexity. You will be notified via email about status updates. Deliverables are provided digitally via email.

6. Revisions

Services include revisions as specified in the service description. Please communicate your requirements clearly at the time of ordering to minimize the need for revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

7. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for complete details. In general, refunds may be issued if the service is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe or if deliverables do not match the agreed-upon requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive full ownership and rights to all custom-created deliverables unless otherwise stated. Stock elements, fonts, or third-party assets may be subject to their own licensing terms.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, submit fraudulent payment information, or attempt to circumvent the payment system. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

10. Limitation of Liability

DigiTask LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact our support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes internally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
